Keeping Country Codes Permanent

When copying/pasting in a phone number sometimes the country code is removed, causing the talk dialer to select whatever country is chooses from pasted number. I would like to have the country code stationary to what you have your settings.  that's my only suggestion since I'm copying and pasting numbers in so much. Talkdesk has that feature, in that it translates words to numbers and or it only takes the seven digit's, if a letter is entered in error and lastly the country code is stationary. Secondly I wish that the dialer could have a pop out option into another browser.
