Keep agent status as it is even though network changes or the PC locks

When I back to the Zendesk Agent page, my status became invisible even though I didn't change my status.

This is very frustrating behavior. Due to this behavior, we cannot notice our customers chat in a timely manner.

I often see this symptom when I lock my Laptop or my network changes.
