On our system, we have added a default 6-month expiration date for all published articles. The problem is that KCS I agents cannot edit their articles to be sure they are relevant and accurate. Is there a way to allow KCS I agents to verify and edit/save changes on their previously published articles. And, then allow them to reassign the article to a KCS coach for publishing.
The only way around this right now is to temporarily grant the agent KCS 2 permissions (Publisher permission) to make changes and then remove that permission once all their articles are verified.
KCS I agents should be able to update and assign their own articles (without publishing). They should not be able to edit any other agents articles.
