We'd like to expose the ZD ticket creation time within JIRA on the linked ZD tickets, but it doesn't seem that that information is readily available from the list of ticket fields that can be exposed.
As a workaround, I have created a custom ticket field that is populated with the creation date via a webhook trigger.
However, it would be great to have this field natively supported within the app.
