Hi team,

Currently our Support team is experiencing friction in the escalation process due to manually searching for each call recording in either Nice InContact or Gong.io.

While there isnt a native functionality to include call recordings directly in tickets, is there a workaround to achieving a similar goal of easily being able to locate a ticket's call recordings?
