Improvements to First reply time

How first reply time is counted needs to change.

Also, to be able to set weekdays/business hours to first reply time is essential since it is kind of defeating it's own purpose otherwise - being able to set business hours is something very basic and I have never used a service where this isn't included from the get go, it's absurd that this is something you have to pay extra/upgrade to get.
