Honestly. The changes you guys are making are making this product worse.
The dumping of the reporting was bad enough. No longer can I get a simple report or view feedback. We've basically given up and now use our own system via the api.
Adding users to the support team was a pain before, now you are launching a new admin page and here I was hoping it would be easier.
Nope. Much harder.
Honest to god, do you guys even use your own product? What is the idea behind these changes? Is it to annoy your customers as much as possible?

I really hate the direction Zendesk is taking and it's making me consider dumping the platform.
