After getting advised by Zendesk CS, I'm posting here for support.
What I'd like to do: exclude automated response emails (by customers) from our triggers/automations.
- automated response emails (from customers): e.g. Out of Office auto reply email
- our triggers/automations: e.g. automation sending out auto reply whenever customers write to our support email address
Constraint: no feature to allow us to add the automated response emails (by customers) to any conditions in our triggers/automation
So it would be great if Zendesk team can look into this. Thanks!
