We are a B2B company with 800 resellers. These resellers are classified according to a segmentation (A-C customers). I want to be able to:
(1). Assign the segmentation to the customer's email address and then build views and SLA based on the customer's segment. We want to be able to prioritize A customers.
(2). Upload a customer number that will be assigned to the contact when they email.
What is the best approach?
We already have all the information regarding the customer in our ERP (domain name etc)
