Hello..
When user send a message or query in the chat area means, the query should automatically copy and paste it in required text box in the private app (on right side) to process further... So, How to do this.. Which API can I call for this request..
And also I have another request, Using the private app, I can generate some contents using using Wikipedia source based on the 'Input Query'.. And this content will be posted into the Agent chat area.. And when the Agent clicks the send button means, the 'Input query' box should again refresh and it should be empty.. Its possible to do that?
