Access is available to Zendesk customers with Premium Sandbox, i.e.:
- Zendesk Suite Enterprise or Enterprise Plus
- Zendesk Support with the Premium Sandbox add-on

To make use of the new features, you will need a Premium Sandbox created after 23 May 2022.
