The Advanced Encryption EAP has been expanded to include Guide coverage. This means the following user fields for both Zendesk Support and Guide experiences are encrypted in a Sandbox environment:
- Name
- Alias
- Signature
- Details
- Notes
All features in Guide are covered with the exception of @mentions. This feature will be disabled if encryption is enabled.
We will continue to make incremental changes to BYOK encryption in Zendesk.
