I wanted to know if it is possible to create a zendesk extension for gmail. just as gmail has an externsion for calendar in the right had ribbon, it would be nice to have a zensdek app there that have a Pop for teammates to put their tickets. it'd be awesome if IT can customized this depending on the fills we need. I think this will create a value add to competition
