We have created a global Zendesk OAuth client for our application. One of our customers, who uses a Zendesk account, wants to authorize our OAuth client to gain access to their Zendesk account. We requested their Zendesk subdomain, and after receiving it, redirected them to their specific Zendesk subdomain to authorize our application. However, they encountered a problem during the login process, which seems to be related to their Zendesk login being integrated with Okta. Despite being confident that their credentials are correct (as they are able to log in elsewhere), they only encounter this login issue when redirected to their Zendesk subdomain for authorization.
Could anyone provide assistance or insights into this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
