Is anyone else frustrated by having to 'sign on with zendesk' every time. We have multiple agents who sign on/off throughout the day and the app used to save your login credentials, but now - on Phase 4 - we all must enter our domain > email address + password every single time we want to use the app. It's time consuming, and used to work, so to the app developers out there - it would be great if you could fix this for the next version. Thanks!
