Flow Builder with Chat GPT Bot via Sunshine Conversation?

Hi,

can I use Sunshine Conversation to build my own bot but still link this somehow back to Flow Builder / Answer Bot in Zendesk?

I first want to use API call in flow builder, which didnĀ“t deliver enough option.

So if I use Sunshine Conversation / Messaging, can I integrate Flow Builder?
