I would like to:
- be able to merge branches of an answer (e.g. not have to duplicate the same information on two separate branches)
- be able to delete a step in an answer without it affecting the steps after it
- be able to change a step type (e.g. instead of Message, I want to make it an Options step)
- be able to click and drag to join up branches of an answer as needed
- be able to set the default language for the "Ask If Question Resolved" step so that I don't have to change it to be more on brand every time I use that step
