Feature Request Summary:
Zendesk Sell needs to have a way to filter within the leads dashboard if an email to a recipient has bounced or not, much like they have for amount of times read.
Description/Use Cases:
The only way to currently do this is by going into my Gmail inbox and individially scrolling through the bounced emails. When sending bulk emails to a large set of new contacts, this could be up to hundreded of emails that have filters or limitations, and should not be followed up with, yet are now basically impossible to filter out of our contact loops.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is important as it would save hours of time, and enable us to have higher quality of email outputs.
