Hi there, I'd like to give some feedback on the recent update. Previously, a customer's email address would appear below the subject line and was easy to copy. I need to copy customer email addresses frequently in order to find their accounts on our system.
The new version hides the email address so you have to click through to another tab to get it. If there's an easier way could you let me know? If not, could you add the customer's email address to the main ticket so it can be copied by agents please.
