With the new update to Zendesk new messages are now displayed at the bottom of the message window.
This would not be an issue until people respond from their emails and previous messages are also attached to the new message causing the new message not to be at the bottom of the page anymore.
This will then get even worse if it is a long chain and before you know it the new message is actually at the centre of the message window.
Can this be changed to allow you to choose how messages are displayed either top down or bottom up.
