Currently, when a child ticket is created by side conversations, the child ticket doesn't inherit the tags and custom ticket fields from the parent. These also cannot be set based on conditional logic through triggers, except by tags, which isn't very dynamic. It would be wonderful if child tickets were able to inherit more information from their parent ticket.
