Feature Request: Customer Support Portal - Sort Tickets by Priority/Urgency

It's pretty crazy that this feature doesn't already exist as it seems like an obvious one!

Our customers are asking for the ability to sort tickets in the Support Portal by Priority / Urgency, or all of those fields. 

This would be super helpful for them AND for us when we are having Support/Ticket review calls with them and they want to list/display their tickets in that order.

Can this be added to the roadmap?
