Embedded Integration

We are a SAAS provider for workflow automation. We use zendesk for our support. In order for our agents to work in one tool, we would like to integrate all ticket handling in our own SAAS platform. Is it possible to integrate zendesk into another SAAS product, so that from the agent's point of view we don't have to run two systems in parallel, but zendesk is automatically visible and fully operable in our own SAAS platform?
