Email Forwarding Permissions

Hi there, just flagging that it would be a really helpful feature to allow light agents to forward emails to support teams in Zendesk. I think the most common use case for forwarding an email into Zendesk would come from someone who would likely be a light agent....example: CEO, CFO, CMO etc. 

 

There are very few other users who would be forwarding an email to support and also needing full agent functionality.
