Email Address no longer readily available on tickets

Previously, when a ticket was generated from an incoming email; the email address of the sender/requester was visible on the main screen of a ticket.  Agents could copy/paste this full email address into our system to quickly reference an existing account.

It would be great if this feature could be returned.

In the latest changes, the email address is only visible on a secondary screen after clicking on the sender's name and is often truncated.  Now, we often need to view 'Original Email' in order to copy/paste the requester's full email address.  3 clicks, an additional browser tab, and many seconds to do what was instant before.
