Recently a new feature showed up on Cancel Ticket Submit pop-up window (picture below) and we do not like it. We were fine with the functionality as it was, now we are forced to change years long habits and do not have an option to disable it. It can only be disabled for internal notes, not for public replies.

Issue details:
Cancel Ticket Submit pop-up window now has Verify the list to avoid sending to the wrong recipients part that you have to interact on each Submit on tickets where there are CCs. Failing to Confirm recipients removes CC/s all together from the ticket. We would like to know if it is possible to disable this feature for both internal notes and public replies.
