Hi Team,
We have been informed that one of our clients can't connect to the chat as an authorized user.
He has an opened and active account but somehow he is not matched properly on the chat.
He had previously an account registered on the same name and e-mail adress that was closed and deactivated.
Please let us know if that can be the matter of data cleaning and if so, what can we do to fix it?
