Changing the Sender Name in Email for Answered Tickets

We have 2 different support addresses. If the customer opens a ticket to the account, we want to return only through that account. However, the support company is written in parentheses in the e-mail sent and the name of the same company is always written regardless of which e-mail the ticket is returned from. I want to remove this field from email returns. Would you help me with this topic?
