I was facing infinite redirect logging into Zendesk dashboard as an agent using Brave browser.
This can be fixed by disabling Brave shield in menu opened by clicking the Brave logo in URL address bar.
It would be great if this can be fixed on app as well so there is no need for this exception in secure browsing.
