In Support, you can control the speed whereby the agent returns online. In the Zendesk Sell autodialer, the autodialer starts dialer after 10 secs which cannot controlled. It would be useful to be able to set a pause time before redialing starts again so when the agent finishes a phone call we can give them (for example) 60 seconds
