Authorization Issues while using Zendesk Sell

Recently after an account was suspended and then restated OAuth2 authorization attempts via API Calls have failed. The request will return a token that appears to be valid, but becomes invalid immediately. Functionality was fine in the past. 

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Or does anyone know about any work around?
