Dear Zendesk support
We always appreciate to use your product. We would like to make our customers more happy.
We would like to request to add new function.
Please kindly consider to implement the below function.
Current behavior:
In the chatbot, when we research by the only numbers (we have articles which contents numbers (4 digits: like an error code)) . Zendesk data base can only research in the default language (English) articles and output only English articles despite browser language in Chinese simplify.
Our expectation:
Any numbers research in the chatbot shall be output according to browser language setting.
Future requested:
Research in chatbot shall be output articles by browser language setting.
