I know there is a notification feature on ZD
but to be honest, it's not really visible.
I want some notification pop-up for a new ticket in queue or old ticket to back on registered status with customer's response.
I need something mid-size pop-up notification there is a ticket to be responded.
Our customer service does not support through phone, which means all of us don't have to set up with headset.
This really makes it difficult for us to find out.
