Allow the First Reply Chat/Messaging Trigger to include ticket assignee placeholder.

For the "first reply" trigger on chat, it would be useful to include the ticket assignee placeholder from Support so it looks like the Agent is sending the first message to the customer. This is beneficial as it will speed up the first reply time to the customer allowing the conversation to continue.

Alternatively, it would be good to add the ability to change chat triggers through Zendesk Support.
