Allow entering of exiting ticket on inbound calls

Something we had on our previous support system and have lost when moving to Zendesk is the ability for someone to call the support number and when choosing existing issue they can't use the phones keypad to enter the ticket number. This means agents must manual do this and then merge the tickets.
