Future Release Suggestion:
Currently when a ticket is saved it produces an alert in the upper right corner of the screen. This eventual fades away after a few seconds. The problem is the Zen Talk control is inaccessible until the alert is removed. (See screen capture | specs: PC, Windows 10, Google Chrome v88)
The suggestion is to move the alert to another place on the screen where it's not in the way or its layer is less than that of the Zen Talk controls when they're activated.
