I am trying my best to move onto the Agent Workspace but have run into a good few problems.
One being when a follow-up ticket is created the formatting of the text seems to go completely haywire (huge spacing between every sentence, signatures are all over the place) and it leads to tickets looking like a giant mess. What about agent workspace + follow up tickets ruins the text format?
