I have set access privileges to tickets by groups, but I think the specification is that when a CC or follower of another group is added to a ticket, access privileges are attached to the person in the another group.
I would like to be able to control that specification in the settings. We have a use case where we do not want to show tickets to people outside the group.

チケットへのアクセス権限をグループで設定していますが、チケットに別グループのCCまたはフォロワーを追加すると、別グループの人へアクセス権限が付く仕様になっていると思います。
その仕様を設定で制御できるようにして欲しいです。グループ外の人へチケットを見せたくないというユースケースがあるのです。
