Feature Request Summary:
Since 3/24(JST), we have made some modifications to the view screen.
Among them, the pagination at the bottom of the view needs to be corrected.
Description/Use Cases:
*We use Japanese
In this notation, "最新(latest)" is taken to mean that the ticket has a newer date.
However, clicking on "最新(latest)" will show tickets whose dates are in the past.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is a small area, but it causes confusion for agents and administrators when viewing the view.
This needs to be fixed ASAP.
