I am a Zendesk Admin, but unfortunately currently lacking the development skills to build an app for Zendesk (I am learning, but not quite there yet).
Our team has found some gaps in Zendesk, that we would like to meet via a custom app in Zendesk (notably, the ability for our Support Team Leads to change the unified status for an Agent).
I was wondering has anyone used a low-code builder (like Power Apps) to build an application and embed it as an App in Zendesk? (https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/apps/build-an-app/building-a-server-side-app/part-1-core-concepts/)
