I would love to have the ability to have a new metric in Views when doing the filtering. So for example, that metric could be named "Hours since update (workdays)". The idea is to calculate hours only on workdays and omit weekends. Because if I try to create a view with tickets I have to follow up, e.g. after 3 days of non-activity, I want that to be 3 workdays, and not calendar days since the user most likely did not do anything on the weekend, so I would be following him up too early.
