Hi,

is there a way to trigger an Approve via E-Mail to the approver?

Does this E-Mail can contain Approve / Deny button?

+1. We also need this functionality if we're going to use Zendesk's native approvals app instead of something else like SweetHawk.

Seconded. We do not allow our End-Users access to our Help Center, so there would be no way for us to use this feature for them at this time without the ability to reply/respond via Email.

Thank you Tobias for these valuable insights and feedback.

For now, the approver cannot approve via email. Email does not contain Approve/Deny buttons.

Hello Tobias!

Thank you so much for sharing your valuable insights and feedback!

I would like to confirm what Rahul mentioned that tt the moment, the approver isn't able to approve through email since it doesn't include the Approve/Deny buttons.

So we already have Buttons for CSAT in Zendesk Mails “Positive / Negative” which track it by API / Helpcenter.

I think the same may make sense for E-Mail receiver. We have Agents who always work on Agent interface, but especially if we send Approves to Light Agents or Teamleader, they may don´t use “Views” to check Approval regularly.

So quick approve through E-Mail or Views would be more helpful as a link back to Ticket.
