Approver should receive a Zendesk notification of request in addition/instead of email

To keep an agent within the agent workspace, they should receive a Zendesk notification of new Approval request received. Or this could be at least optional and a personal setting to decide to receive notification by Zendesk or email.

Thanks @richard11, Thanks for the feedback on notification.

Do you mean to say In-app notification within Zendesk when the approval request is assigned to them?
Is my understanding right?

Yes exactly that. I didn't see it when I was testing. Is it there? I will look again…

Thanks @richard11  for valuable feedback and testing this feature, because of your support, we developed the cool features.

This in-app notification is yet to be developed.

In addition to email and app notifications, would it be possible to generate a shareable link to the request? In our case, some approvers are not agents and do not regularly log in to Zendesk. Occasionally, they miss the email notifications, and for the sake of efficiency, we would like the ability to share a direct link via Microsoft Teams to facilitate quicker reviews.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! @richard11 The in-app notification alerting an approver they have a new approval request to review is scheduled to go-live in the next few weeks. There was some unanticipated complexity that has since been resolved. Re: the request from @jesus11 , curious if you think a link to the ticket itself would work or if you want it to be affiliated with the approval request (assuming you want the approval request panel open so the person receiving the link goes straight to where they need to go)
