Zendesk recently launched their new AI-powered generative search feature.
Admins can give it a go by installing any of our free Zendesk themes from the marketplace or HelpThemes.com.
Here's how:
- Install any of our free Zendesk themes from the marketplace
- Enable Generative search from the Search settings
- Type a question in the search bar and wait for an AI-powered quick answer
It should look something like this:
