Question: Is there an EASY way, when logged in as an agent and looking at a ticket, to get the external link to that ticket for a customer (ie the help centre link)?
Answer: Save this URL in your macros:
https://[YOURSUBDOMAIN].zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/{{ticket.id}}
https://[YOURSUBDOMAIN].zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/{{ticket.id}}
Alternatively, adding # directly in front of the {{ticket.id}} placeholder will make it a link.
