[Gather] Adding agent badge in Communities

9230488307 I did not get the alignment as desired, but part of that is due to business decisions. We decided what we were after, our audience that would be in the Community, and our 1 & 3 year visions didn't have a large reliance on badging, so we left it as is and off to the right.

Depending on your branding and colors, it doesn't look terrible, I was just used to having the badge right next to the individual's name and now that we have gone some time with it opposite sides of the user image/name, it doesn't feel out of place and no one has come to us with feedback that they think it looks bad/different/"off".

We would also like to have this type of badge to show up on the author of any help articles in the same way Zendesk does. Any ideas?

Hello @Melody Quinn,

Right now, our Gather Badging feature is currently in EAP, which is available for all Gather customers. You can sign up for this now and test out its functionality for yourself. But be aware that when the EAP finishes, and we hopefully make badges generally available, badges will only be available to Gather Professional customers. There may be a gap, though, from the end of our EAP to feature launch. I've shared an article that goes into our badging EAP in more depth for your reference.

Thank you @Devan - Community Manager, I wasn't sure if the badges also showed up on help articles, or if it was exclusive to the community.
