How do I integrate an existing WhatsApp business account into my Zendesk? I don't see the option to select an existing account. I only receive the option to create a new business profile.

Not sure where you are in the process, but there is some prework, outlined in this support article, that is required.  Have a look and revert back here if that doesn't solve your concern.
