I wonder if There is a way to send voice notes to customers when I am on chatting channel such as WhatsApp or messenger

Short of recording the message in a 3rd party tool and attaching the mp3, I don't believe that is a native function within the integration as it exists today. That said, it is a popular feature request and on the minds of the product team. I would suggest adding your use case as well for future consideration. Hope this helps!
