For security issues and to provide the ultimate customer experience, we benefit from being able to see who is on our site in real-time. In the new dashboard, I haven't been able to do that. Is there a way to incorporate the visitor list on my Agent Workspace?

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, this is still one of the limitation of Agent workspace, compared to the legacy chat. Please continue to post feedback on pour Product page so that our Product team can have a look at it and possible be added as a feature in Agent workspace in the future.
