I would like to configure a webhook notification for each message being recieved through the chat widget in the account.
I was able to set a webhook to ticket being created/updated by this is doesn't seem to be triggered when a new message arrives.
Is there a way to support webhook for messaging? if not, is there any workaround that I can use?
